BIKING 2days/1night SAIGON to MUI NE BEACH
Mui Ne (Mũi Né) is a coastal resort town in the Binh Thuan Province of southeastern Vietnam, located on an arm of the South China Sea. The town is close to the city of Phan Thiết. Tourism has transformed Mui Ne into a resort destination since 1995, when many visited to view the total solar eclipse of October 24, 1995.
Mui Ne Beach is a popular tropical beach. Strong sea breezes make it very popular for kitesurfing and windsurfing. The tourist season is from December to May. The average temperature is 27°C, and the climate is hot and dry for most of the year.
Brief Itinerary:
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Mui Ne Beach 50km+ cycling (L,D)
In the morning we’ll have a quick transfer out of the city to Hon Ba Cape. From there, we’ll cycle along the picturesque coast. We’ll stop to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then continue cycling to Mui Ne. You’ll have some free time in the evening before dinner with the group. We’ll stay overnight at a hotel in Mui Ne.
Day 2: Mui Ne - Phan Thiet – Ho Chi Minh City 30km+ cycling (B,L)
On the second day we’ll cycle to the sand dunes to do some sand sliding. Then, we’ll take a break on the beach to relax and swim. Mui Ne’s Strong sea breezes make it very popular for kite surfing and windsurfing; you may also try this if you wish. After some time at the beach, we’ll cycle around fair stream and visit the Cham tower, city water tower, and local market. In the late afternoon, we’ll drive back to Ho Chi Minh City to end the trip.
